Hi,
if the project configured with source code files on a remote server and i delete files of this project, the files will only deleted local, but not on the remote server.

hint: enable option "Preserve Remote File Permissions" - then files will be deleted correctly. But it should also be able without enable this option ;-)

Ok, so starting from beginning : what is your JDK version and NetBuild version ? Could you also please attach your messages.log file http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile , then you can reopen this issue. Thanks in advance.
