When editing CSS or PHP/HTML file and writing Hebrew chars, the chars do NOT appear in the text but they are there, if subsequently English chars are written between the Hebrew chars the English chars also become invisible.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.0 RC1 (Build 201103280000)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_22
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 17.1-b03
