I would be extremely usefull to be able to link (ctrl + click) between files using phpdoc annotations.

1. Update @link, @uses or a custom annotation(@template), to support relative and absolute urls (e.g. /project/path.php). Right now it only seems to work on full urls (http://) as per the phpdoc documentation.

2. Make the link clickable (already is, but does not resolve) or Context-Menu -> Navigate -> Template (which would probably allow navigating back from the file?).

Since phpdoc does not support this (afaik) it would probably be better to go as "standard" appliant as possible (e.g. @link).

This is incorrect. PhpDocs supports an @see tag which is explicitly for linking between project documentation. Got here to report a bug as It does not appear to work.
