There are a lot of requests for operations to be present in popup menus. If all
these operations were added the result would be not satisfactory (too many
operations possibly in multiple levels).
Proposed solution: Make popup menus user-configurable, so everyone can add or
delete operations to their taste. I'm thinking of this to be similar to toolbar
customization.
