I sometimes leave <!-- TODO: --> comments in my (pom.)xml files.

It seems the tasks window doesn't pick this up at all.

Thanks for report but it works fine for me on NetBeans 7.1, please try the latest IDE build and reopen if needed.

The current NetBeans IDE available for download to the world on http://netbeans.org/ is 7.0.1.

A "works for me" resolution means the bug can't be duplicated and it works on the developer's machine with the same app version.

Considering this bug is still visible, as reported, in 7.0.1 (with up to date patches) and that 7.1 has not been officially released, it means it should, at most, get a resolution of "Fixed".

FIXED is reserved for bugs which were explicitly fixed by a developer, and there should be an accompanying changeset ID(s) and target milestone. This should probably be DUPLICATE, assuming the original bug was filed.
