thread dump of deadlocked IDE

1. I used the nightly build versions of netbeans 7
2. after having trouble with build 20110311 I wanted to step back to 7.0beta2
3. when launching the IDE two dialogs pop up immediatly:
 - one telling me, that i am opening the project with older version
 - one asking me for password of local keystore

Result: total deadlock, no close, no window responsive

dev/log/messages incl thread dump attached
