Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0-ea
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 20.0-b06

There was an error, I clicked review and send, but blank window came up and never loaded. waited 5 min.
I did not have a user account at the time, this may have had something to do with it. 

This is a beta program, free for anyone to download and use. People should not have to register to report issues, as having to register makes it take longer to report and will discourage many from reporting. 
Then again, if your goal is to discourage people from reporting, having to register is a great way of doing that.

The problem is JDK 7 ... BTW: if you resize dialog, the content is repainted and shown
