When javahelp documentation will be fixed, this documentation could be copied to
www pages (and replace old one). That documentation could have own folder to
separate it from regular pages.

Note that a future version of JavaHelp may have a servlet to generate
HTML from JavaHelp navigators, ask rbrinkley. Also johnjullion is
interested in writing a stylesheet to do the same offline in the build
process, for all NB helpsets, as an A11Y aid (better offline browsing).

New javahelp pages copied to module web pages -- xml/www/user/guide/.

reopening, bouth provided URL are not found...

IMHO, for release 4.0 it might be irelevant....

This is the error I've got when go to one of those URLs

Not Found
The requested URL /local-access-only/xml/www/user/guide/css.html was
not found on this server.
