Double clicking on the Tomcat 4 top node in the Server Registry currently opens a blank property sheet.  This is
pretty useless function.  In general, a group node like this one should simply expand/collapse
it's subnodes when double clicked.

Default action now is expanding node to children.
The same behaviour is made for :
Tomcat4.0 installation nodes
Tomcat4.0 host nodes
