Go to options->editor->code templates->create a new erb(ruby html) code template or modify an existing one, then go back to the editor to edit a .html.erb file, the new or modified code template won't work as expected. You have to restart netbeans for it to take effect.
Seems that only erb code templates have this issue, new code templates of other language like javascript will take effect immediately.
