The arrow button is not clickable while editing the panel in gui editor

While editing a tabpanel in the gui editor, overhung tabs will be hidden under an arrow button (standard mac behavior). I cannot click these buttons to switch to the hidden tabs. 

Reproduce:

Create a JPanel in the gui editor, add an tabpanel and tabs, until they will be hidden and the arrow button appears. Try to click it …
