Mnemonic Keys which was mistaken on the Japanese is attached.

1. Tools -> Update Center.
   Update Center Wizard is displayed.
2. Next button is pushed.
   Step2.Select modules to install(Continued) is displayed.
3. If it translates into Japanese, mnemonic has stopped moving.(Image1.gif)
   The Mnemonic Keys of "Add".
   The Mnemonic Keys of "Remove".

This bug resembles http://openide.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=18635.

org.netbeans.modules.autoupdate.Bundle rev 1.94.2.4

(this change (BTN_Add_Mnemonic etc.) is waiting localization)
