Entering the URL:
https://netbeans.org/bugzilla
causes a redirect to a faulty URL:
http://www.netbeans.orghttps//netbeans.org/bugzilla/
thus preventing issues from being reported.

The correct URL is http://netbeans.org/bugzilla.

Meant to ask where did you see the https://netbeans.org/bugzilla refers? The correct one is http://netbeans.org/bugzilla.  Thanks.
