System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
Zip distribution

AnagramGame, Profile Main Project, Monitor - Enable threads monitoring & Sample threads states. Displayed live results for Threads | Table, then clicked the Stop icon in Profiler Control Panel. Profiled application crashed, native OS dialog displayed a notification (see the attached screenshot). After closing the native dialog the AnagramGame process added:

Java Result: 3
BUILD SUCCESSFUL (total time: 1 minute 28 seconds)

Reproducible just randomly, seen also in 7.0 m2.
