Also note that there is another bug/annoyance with projects which store
libraries with the project settings.  I have noticed that once you add a
library to such a project (new library, not jar), you can never delete the
library itself.  You can remove it from the project, but it's entry stays in
the list of libraries you have added in the past. This isn't a big deal for
now, but i would request fixing it in the next release of NetBeans as
frequently changing projects will result in needless file bloating.  The only
workaround (which i haven't tried yet) but i'm confident would work is to
modify the project settings manually, though this is not desirable.
