Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201011160001)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

While debugging a simple find operation, I stepped through the debugger until I arrived on ActiveRecord::Base line 2447.

At this point I waited approximately 3 minutes.  After that amount of time, the "scoped_readonly" value used within the method popped up in the Variables window.

I had been debugging the application very carefully for approximately 10 minutes when this happened.

This display of local variables should be nearly instantaneous.

It appears that there are numerous "Cannot read variables from a live proxy" reports in the IDE log file.
