steps to reproduce:
- create a sample project
- build it
- default output to Internal terminal
- unset "build first"
- run the project
Two output tabs appears: one empty for build (which does not happen) and one for output.

Confirmed, but doesn't look very serious...

Fixed. Build output window was created with default IO provider and the run window was trying to find it with the terminal io provider.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201011190001* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
