The a11y requires that each icon has only one meaning.  The icon for the Javadoc tab has a magnifying glass that
seems to represent search, but search is *not* available from the Javadoc tab, it only shows items on the Javadoc path.
This icon should be changed to something like a book (but that's up to our graphic artist).

a11y is module, this is A11Y issue.

Just attached an icon that was designed for this purpose a while back.

This issue should not be closed until the icon is incorporated into
NetBeans.  This should be reassigned to the engineer responsible for
updating the icon in the product.

Javadoc tab is gone in NB 3.4-dev.  No icon for it is needed anymore :-)
