After upgrading from NetBeans 6.8 to 6.9.1, my bugzilla credentials are no longer saved. After every restart, the Bugzilla component will fail to work and when I click on "Edit..." in the issue tracker's context menu, all fields except for the URL will be empty. 

This worked fine in NetBeans 6.8.

unfortunately, i wasn't able to reproduce with a current dev build. does this happen to you? 
if yes, could you please run netbeans wit the switches:
-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.keyring.level=-1
-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.bugracking.BugtrackingManager.level=-1
-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.bugzilla.Bugzilla.level=-1

try to reproduce your problem up to the step when you have to reenter the credentials, close the repository dialog and attach your messages.log file then.
