Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.0 M2 (Build 201010121358)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 16.3-b01-279

Steps to reproduce:
-Call main menu File|New Project
-Select NetBeans Modules|Module and push Next and Next again
-Fill in the Code Name Base and push Finish
-In the project's root node invoke Build
-Then delete the project (of course check the checkbox Also Delete Sources...)
-->The empty module folder remains on the disk

Sometimes reproducible with j2seproject's too.
