Steps to reproduce:
- select filesystem in Explorer
- invoke popup menu  | select Find
-> Search Filesystem dialog arise and Match Case / Whole Words Only 
 	are disabled - it's right
- write some text to textfield
-> Match Case/ Whole Word Only are disbled -> what's wrong !!!
 both become be enabled after unselect/select radio button "Substring"

Changed priority from P3 to P4.

Check boxes are always enabled when "Substring" radio button is selected.

[Fixed in release33 branch.]
