Now synchronization ("Sharing" or "Smart Secure Copy") is a property of host. It should be made a property of project. 

This property should be set at the moment of project creation; once a project is created, user should not be able to change it.

The way a project is synchronized to the remote host can not in fact be changed for this project. Now it can (via setting it in host properties); and this leads to numerous issues.
