I have a SJSWS 7 update 8 with two configurations.
When I add the server and start the admin console from NetBeans, then the configuration-chooser will popup, but it will add the first configuration no matter what.

Workaround is, that you need to start the admin console from shell, and then add the SJSWS server to the Servers list.
