The text cannot be adjusted as it does not respond to custom changes of the dpi of the OS unless these are huge ie. 125%. The specific font used is not a part of the UI that can be adjusted in the advanced font settings.
All that is required here is an instruction manual in PDF form. Everyone else produces this why can't you?
Quick fix - Page 1.) The help content here is also available as a PDF file that can be found in the main folder. And then just copy and paste them out one at a time, as you should have done in the first place.
