Description yadav 2010-07-11 22:35:52 UTC
after renaming the folder from the ide all files are no longer shown under project or file treeview, the renamed folder does contains all the files

even after closing the ide, closing the project and reopening i could not get the matter resolved, i also could not figure out how to tell the ide to refresh/reload missing listed files

Thanks for the report. Are the files still present on the disk? Can you please describe the exact steps you did, e.g. what folder you renamed in what kind of a project (plain ruby or rails or something else)? Lastly, is this reproducible for you? Thanks.

i simply created a rails project and then run generate controller with a few views, after a while i went back to rename the view folder and that is when i saw the error

after the name, the new folder in the ide was missing view files, however the file did exist in the renamed folder.

i am unable to reproduce the issue

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for following up on this. If this happens again, can you please attach the log file here (from View | IDE Log), or if you find reliable steps to reproduce please describe them here. As I'm unable to reproduce this myself I'm afraid I can't do much about this at the moment, so marking this as incomplete for now (please change to 'new' again if you run into this again). Thanks.
