Build 200112170331.
Go into:
Tools/Options/Editing/Editor Settings/Java Editor/Abbreviations/Add... (open the
dialog).
After dialog opening, no visible part of the dialog has focus, the user have to
do one <tab> to force focus to "Abbreviation:" input line.

The same applies to Tools/Options/Editing/Editor Settings/Java
Editor/Macros/Add... (open the dialog).

It seems that it is genereal problem. Duplicating.
