tested on lubuntu linux. Reproduced always.

How to reproduce
1 Download and install netbeans-6.9-ml-javase-linux.sh
2 Open plugin manager.
3 Try to install javaFX Kit.
4 Get error message:

Some plugins require plugin Java Common Project API to be installed.
The plugin Java Common Project API is requested in implementation version 201005312001.  The following plugin is affected:       JavaFX Profiler

This is a regression from rc2.


Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 (Build 201006101454)
Operating System = Linux version 2.6.32-22-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0-ea
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 18.0-b04

The issue is fixed now.

If the message with dependencies still exists, try to reload the UC catalog - in Plugin Manager, press the button [Reload Catalog]. 
It seems that the old version of catalog is still cached.
