Description esmithbss 2010-06-13 21:32:13 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 RC2 (Build 201005312001)
Operating System = Linux version 2.6.32-22-generic running on i386
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

When a project has frozen rails (rails installed in {project}/vendor/rails}, the system will not display any file trees in the Projects or Files trees for the /vendor/rails subfolder.

This incorrectly indicates to the end user the contents of their project, as well as prohibits the user from drilling into what is typically the single largest component of their application.

That's weird, there shouldn't be any special handling for this, especially not in the Files view - it should show all the files under the project root. Can you please double-check that the files are accessible for the user running the IDE? Does restarting the IDE help? Thanks.
