Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 RC2 (Build 201005312001)
Operating System = Linux version 2.6.32-22-generic running on i386
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.3-b01

The combo-box within the run toolbar does not work or activate when the only project loaded within the IDE is a Ruby project.  This dialog should have the opportunity to select between the configurations defined within the ruby application, or at minimum, the database.yml file.
