Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.9 RC2 (Build 201006012001)
Java: 1.6.0_20; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 16.3-b01-279
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

-In Team window select a project and expnad Issues node. 
-click on its subnode's All Issues link
-click on an issue int the table and than resolve it as FIXED
-->> the Issues node collapses in the Team window.

seems to work now. Probably some fix on kenai side.
