We should change existing registration pages to conform Oracle branding. Afaik must be done for 6.9 (at least, "offline" page).

Got overall 'offline' page mock-up from xDesign today, yet some artifacts are pending.

To see this offline registation page run NB with -J-Dnb.registration.enabled=true without internet connection. When registration dialog is shown on startup (maybe on the second one) click Register and see this page open in the browser. Turn internet on and click Register button on that page.

Offline and registration pages are correct.
Registered page looks old styled.

Yes, this fix touched off-line registration page only.

Registration pages on server are not parts of 6.9 bits and "to be updated"

Okey then. We might need to perform additional check on Solaris platforms because it's no so easy to unplug network cable or disable interface. And it looks like wrong proxy setting can't help with.
