Add a toolchain by hand either from Services window or C++ Options.
Then press RestoreDefaults or chose restoreDefaultToolCollections

Watch the hand-created toolchain disappear.

Confirmed for remote host only.
Local host works right.

need to be ported in release 6.9 because user data is lost.

the fix is safe and correct and needed in 6.9 to not lost user data, please, mark as showstopper
