Confirm Client Refresh dialog

I use Refresh action for the web service client quite often during development. By calling this action I always see the attached dialog which asks me whether I want to refresh local WSDL file. And I always need to check the appropriate checkbox each time I invoke this action. Please make this choice persistent for each particular service till the next IDE start.
