Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201005040200)
Java: 1.6.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.2-b01
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; MS932; ja_JP (nb)

I am connected to the kenai.com server where IM is currently disabled. When I go in Members node in Team window and doubleclick a member the dialog appears and tells "Chat is not supported on kenai.com server.". The dialog title and OK button in not internationalized according to the screenshot...
