Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_17
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.3-b01-101

Steps to reproduce:
-create some bugzilla Issue Tracker in Services window
-select "Find issues" in its popup menu
-->> Component and Version lists are empty and are stretched too much - the width of these 2 lists are big. See attached screenshot... Once a product is selected these lists get initialized properly and list are then shrinked.

Also Target Milestone list is empty and stretched too much by default.
