[Nb 6.9beta, jdk1.6]

to reproduce:
-------------
1) use a fresh userdir
2) create a new sample AnagramGame project
NOTE: IDE activates J2SE feature and creates the project
ERROR: the project reports reference problem: "junit" library could not be found and Add Library action shows empty librarie list.

But Libraries Manager displays all libraries correctly.

Restart IDE fixed the problem.
