Consider the second expandable node in the attached images associated with Tools | DTDs and XML Schemas.

Where is the text for the node?  It just says [read-only].

Please provide more info relating to reproducing of this bug (attach a project or a XML file, which were opened, describe steps for this bug reproducing, all details are important).
I'm not able to reproduce it on NB build 20100506 with 2 opened projects (see the attached screen shot "screenshot_DTDs_XMLSchemas_correct_dialog.PNG").

1. Install Netbeans 7.3 w/Java EE and GlassFish.
2. Goto Tools>>"DTDs and XML Schemas"
3. See second node has no title.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
