Steps to reproduce:
- open/create JFrame
- add JMenuBar
- add JMenuItem
- invoke property editor for property "accelerator"
- next Information dialog arise :

" Invalid value. The property accelerator could not be set. Reason :
Unrecognized Key: null. "
