I've also optimized the generic html implementation a bit so it should be faster.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201004140201* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)

The option in IDE options still does not work correctly. The setting for embedded languages (JSP, PHP etc) is controlled by the "HTML" option, not by the option for the particular language.
