EJB project properties -> In categories source "Source/Binary format" component ComboBox height is to small.

Which version of NB are you referring to? It was fixed in last year or something. In any case it is OK in NB69 on Ubuntu. Attach screenshot please if it does not work for you in some some newer NB version. Thx.

Somebody on Win OS should fix it. j2ee.ejbjarproject/src/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/ejbjarproject/ui/customizer/CustomizerSources.java is using GridBag layout and looks OK as it is written and also looks when displayed.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
