Description sidplayos2 2010-04-07 23:25:35 UTC
Overview:

Cygwin by default is case insensitive, whereas the Code Assistance in NB6.8 is case sensitive.
It would be advantageous if one could select whether the include directive path search for Code
Assistance was case sensitive or case insensitive. What this means is that code will compile
(Due to the case insensitivity of Cygwin) but Code Assistance flags files as "unresolved".

In order to resolve this, one either needs to edit every #include in every file, or rename every file
to match the case in the source files. Whether due to copying between disparate O/S Filessystems where some
retain case and others do not, or user error case of files may change. (For example an off-site backup onto a usb drive).

Perhaps an option at the Tool Collection level for Code Assistance, a checkbox?
