Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 2010-03-13_12-04-39 )
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_16
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.2-b01
Problem: I'm unable to edit code with Hebrew characters because every time I try to place the cursor on the Hebrew text the page jumps to the top.

I'm sorry for the late response. 

Do you have still the problem. If yes, please attach an example file and provide the project encoding. Also please reopen the issue.
