Situation:
When Projects List/Browser has a line that is bigger than the frames width at the top of the frame the horizontal scrollbar is shown. Scroll Down one line and the scrollbar disappears because the long line has disappeared. This gives more space to show more lines. So far so fine.

Problem:
If this happens when you are just one line above the last line, then the frame has more vertical space again for the long line on top, thus making it necessary to show the horizontal scrollbar again. Which then of course will be shown over the very last line again to which we just had scrolled. 

Easiest Workaround:
Resize the Frame
