Sometimes the down arrow key simply stops working on the editor. Once it happens, only restarting the IDE fixes the problem. It occurs quite often in large files (> 5k lines) and Page Down is still working on those cases.

Depending on the caret position, when the problem occurs, hitting the down key actually moves the caret up once and then stops working completely.
