Compile on save on maven platform projects doesn't work until you manually build the project once.

This was discused in netbeans dev mailing list. That's Milos comment:

"if you set the Compile on Save to work on main sources, it did so at the time I wrote the blog entry.
now that I've tried, there seems to be a bug that once you set it, you need to build project once from the UI to get the target/classes/.netbeans_automatic_build file to appear. That file is what the java support checks and compiles on save then"
