It doesn't make much sence to refactor dynamicly generated inline styles, but for static CSS inline styles it would be usefull to allow extraction into embedded CSS or external CSS file

yes, it's ment to work this way, the action just needs to be added to all mimetypes possibly embedding html/css.

fixed in web-main#d341f3f2c1b8 for JSPs

still needs to be done for PHP, GSP and RHTML
