1.Create some projects (2 or more)
2.Delete some of them in the project manager
3.The Project tab will disappear

Huh, several recent changes in NbMainExplorer caused this strange behavior. First, NbME listens on 
root context node and closes node's tab when RC is destroyed. Second, as all tabs were singeltonized it's 
crutial to unregister those listeners correctly when root context is being changed.

CCing mslama, Marku, could you please review NbME tabs once again. Thanks.

Fixed in release33.
