If I close Form Editor I don`t know how to simply open it again.
Matter of form editor. But there is usually more than one form window, that is why I think that having one menu item to open all of them (or one of them) is silly idea.
Form editor window can be opened by: - reopening the form (doubleclicking its node in Explorer), or - choosing "Goto Form" action from context menu of some form's component (either in Component Inspector or in Explorer). => Form window is a window for one (and only one) object (node). So more windows can exist at a time. That is why it should not be in View menu where only "global & single" windows are.
Bug assigned to the module owner.
Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
