Since in ssx we won't be supporting gdb seeing these "dbx only" in a sunstudio
product is going to be weird. 
We should reintroduce these only after we're committed to getting
this code in NB.

Then, if dbxtool is not going to support gdb these markers
are going to be weird as well. (Personally I'd like dbxtool to
support gdb nut that's not decided yet).
