Setting path mappings for a C++ remote development host (with File System Sharing) is malfunctioning.
The Path Mapper tool of "Development Hosts Manager" is not correctly storing the paths setted.
Right after defining a Local Path and its corresponding Remote Path, and clicking OK in "Edit Path's Map" window, the Path Mapper tool lose all the paths previously setted.

It's a duplicate of issue 178300, which is already fixed.
Unfortunately it was fixed too late to get the fix into 6.8 release.
It is already nominated for 6.8 patch

The workaround is to restart IDE after you change synchronization mode to "File Sharing".
